1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TraderCab ("we", "us", "our", or "the Service"), accessible at tradercab.com. By creating an account, accessing, or using TraderCab in any way, you ("user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use TraderCab.

2. The Service

TraderCab is a professional trading journal and analytics platform that allows traders to log, track, analyze, and review their trading activity across forex, crypto, indices, and stocks. Features include trade journaling, performance analytics, backtest journals, position-size calculators, psychology tracking, and a Monte Carlo simulator.

The Service is offered both as a free tier and as paid subscription plans (PRO, VIP, ULTRA) with additional features.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access most features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, name, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one TraderCab account. Sharing accounts, reselling access, or using a single subscription across multiple users is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination without refund.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

4.1 Plans & Pricing

Paid plans are priced in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking) and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) at the live USD→INR exchange rate at the time of purchase, or in cryptocurrency (USDT / BTC / ETH):

• PRO Plan — $29 per month (quarterly and yearly billing available at a discount)
• VIP Plan — $49 per month (quarterly and yearly billing available at a discount)
• ULTRA Plan — $79 per month (quarterly and yearly billing available at a discount)

The exact price, any promotional discount, and the converted INR amount are always displayed in-app at checkout before you pay; the price shown at the time of purchase is the price that applies. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes taking effect for new subscriptions or renewals.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-licensed payment aggregator. We do not store your card or banking information on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Plans (PRO, VIP and ULTRA) do not auto-renew. Your subscription expires at the end of the billing period and you must manually renew to continue access.

4.4 Payments Are Final

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Please evaluate the Service using the free tier before purchasing a paid plan. Exceptions are made only for verified billing errors — duplicate charges or payments for the wrong plan — which will be corrected when reported to support with the relevant payment ID.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content intended to disrupt the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Service
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any other person
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, with no refund of any prepaid fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, logos, calculators, methodologies, and features of TraderCab are the exclusive property of TraderCab and its creators, protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of your trade data, notes, screenshots, and journal entries. We claim no rights to your trading content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you have paid to TraderCab in the 3 months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is lower
• We are not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, broker disputes, third-party service failures, or data loss caused by user error

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the account-deletion option in Settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice. In cases of severe violation (fraud, abuse, illegal activity), termination is immediate and no refund will be issued.

Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or to enforce our agreements (see Privacy Policy).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.

For material changes, we will provide notice via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kollam, Kerala, India.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us at the email below in an attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
