How fast will I hear back?

I can't log in. What should I do?
First, try the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page β€” it sends a reset link via Firebase. If that doesn't work, email us with your registered email address and we'll help recover your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
There's nothing to cancel β€” TraderCab monthly plans do not auto-renew. Your access ends naturally at the end of the billing period unless you choose to renew.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription payments are final and non-refundable β€” try the free tier first to make sure TraderCab fits your workflow. Double-charged or billed for the wrong plan? Email us with your payment ID and we'll correct it.
Is TraderCab a financial advisor?
No. TraderCab is a journaling and analytics tool, not a financial advisor. We don't give buy/sell signals or investment advice. Trading involves substantial risk β€” please consult a qualified advisor before making financial decisions.
Is my trading data private?
Absolutely. Most of your data is stored locally on your device. Cloud-synced copies are protected with Firestore security rules, ensuring only you can access your data. We never sell or share your trading information. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
